Enjoy time on the beach, wandering around historic towns, eating in the delicious local tavernas or wandering in the foothills of the Taygetos mountains that create an awe inspiring backdrop to your holistic holiday.

The holistic holidays are run in a beautiful wooden floored room with windows looking in every direction. The Spirit of Life centre is based on the dream healing traditions of Asclepius, a Greek man who was deified as the God of Healing. The feature course provides an opportunity to experience healing through your dreams and also pilgrimage to the ancient Asclepian sites in Epidaveros and Corinth among others.

Classes in several different styles of yoga are held throughout the year, including Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar We also have a drop in class once a week.

The food in the area is some of the best to be found in Greece, many of the local olive groves are organic and the tavernas provide many native vegetarian and vegan options such as stuffed peppers.
